To fulfil all government regulations for the sale of gold nuggets Maximus Resources Limited requires the gold nugget purchaser to complete the relevant form before purchase. Several forms are listed below dependant on the purchaser's details. A brief description of each form is provided below.

Individual Form

Required for a person over the age of 18 who does not have a business.

Individual Form - Sole Trader

Required for Sole Traders who wish to purchase under a trading name.

Trustee

Required for those who wish to purchase under trustee account.

Australian Company

Required for Australian Businesses wishing to purchase under their business name.
